Online Series: Daredevil Born Again

Everyone thought it would be a reboot of the last season of Daredevil on Netflix but now that Marvel has confirmed that the Netflix shows are canon, it is a continuation after the last season with many of the same characters coming back with the same actors like Foggy and Karen Page etc,

During a recent interview with Rotten Tomatoes (via Comic Book), Vincent D’Onofrio reveals Daredevil: Born Again goes “much further” with its violence than the original Netflix series.

There are some things in this show, that we go much further with than on the original show. There’s one thing in particular, that my character does, that I can’t believe made it into the cut.

Apparently the show that was originally announced was going to distance itself from the Netflix series and serve as a soft reboot more in the pg-13 relm.

Thankfully, Cox and D'onfrio fought against that. And with Marvels recent cold streak, they changed corse and are we are basically getting season 4 with a no doubt about it place in the MCU.

I cant believe how stupid these studios are and howclose they were to blowing this. Marvels tailspin was worth it to get the season we needed.

Beyond excited!

Because it's a soft reboot, I've starting watching the Netflix series .. heard great things just hadn't gotten around to it, but I'm glad i have. It's fantastic so far!
 
The trailer looks good. I have been waiting for this for what seems like forever now and probably one of my favorite shows Netflix has ever had. I am kind of happy they took a step back and said we need to bring some of the familiar faces back, and basically re-did what was already planned and started. Just a shame we had to wait so many years and now everybody is 7 years older. Cox is going to be pushing 45 by the time we get a season 2. :laugh:
 
Yes!! This is everything I wanted it to be. The fight scenes are so well choreographed.
 
Great start and what a way to start it off with that death. They dug deep for the White Tiger character and sad the actor has passed away before the release. Shows that they took their time with releasing this as Kamar de Los Reyes passed away over a hear ago in December 2023.
 
On the negative side: Woll seemed to mail it in, didn't feel like a continuity of her character ; some CGI in the first episode's action sequence and some new batmanesque skills threw me off a little

On the neutral side: the aesthetics don't really match the first 3 seasons, but it's not necessarily a bad thing

On the positive side: the tone is pretty on point, and well, it was good
 
Thought it was an awesome start to the season!
The start of ep 1 and the end of ep 2 really set the tone for a great season

Just started this morning and i'm caught up. Man, a few crazy moments. I'm excited to see where it goes. Cox and D'onfrio are truly perfect for their roles
