All the artists involved with the making of the statue and very very talented people, it a beautiful piece that enhances True North Square. That it happens to showcase a Winnipeg icon is a bonus.

OK but obviously they did it at this time for a reason. Do you not think they thought of that lol. With the large amount of special guests and such, i’m sure they have a pretty good reason Why is was done now.

Had a chance to check out Dale’s statue today after work for the first time. It’s gorgeous. A wonderful tribute to a wonderful hockey player and human.

Like my friend likes to say, you just know Ducky is in Heaven, unless hell has frozen over … then he’ll put up a couple nets and score 100+ points!
