Seems strange he was sent to u18 league, I'm guessing u20 team had time off between games and they wanted him top play. I hope this was the case anyways as Lambos shouldn't playing be at that level
Yeah, the U20 team hasn't played since November 21st, they just wanted to give Lambos some extra playing time.

Still, he should get the call-up to the Liiga soon.

Juniors too until at least January. Liiga might start again around Xmas if the COVID-19 situation improves sufficiently, which is of course a big if. I'd imagine most foreign players that intended to return to North America for the new season anyway will now leave Finland early.

Apparently he's now back in Canada preparing for the start of the WHL season, will be interesting to see if he comes hot out of the gate after his experience in Finland.

His season this year feels like an exaggerated version of Pietrangelo. Perron was viewed as having a rough year and thus was passed by a couple players like Bogo. I wonder how far he will fall and if he will bounce back like Petro did. He could become Krebs like steal if he is out from injury

Yep, looks like he's falling for no good reason. Some team will be lucky to get him at a spot where a player of his ilk shouldn't be available.

I understand them wanting privacy, but sooner or later they know that NHL teams will need to know what the health issue is, right? I mean, as an athlete looking to be drafted in the 1st round your health is kind an open book, isn't it?

Anyway, agree that this guy is the ultimate wild card at this point, depending on what the injury, or condition, is. Can't see him getting picked even in the teens, unless he finds a way to play hockey between now and the draft, and really impresses.
