Yes and no.

After twenty shitty years and several flops
.. I'd be shy to draft Czechs too. The ones that are good enough and should've been drafted out of the top 100 will make to to NHL if they are good enough.

With jiricek out we may not have a first rounder this year.

I think there was no high sticking. If something, then roughing, but even that would be a very tough call. I think it was a refs' mistake.

He's d plus 1 year was terrible. He's been everything we want and more here. He really has an old school Czech feel to me and reminds me of the slegrs, f kaberla and Spaceks. We had two decades of stay at home shutdown d men ... So this is a nice change.
