I think Austria's goalie (Wraneschitz, I'm assuming) will be able to keep the score relatively close; if their goalie does not have a great game the Czechs win by 5+ goals.

Thats great, would be awesome to see austria win
Would be a fun upset. Bob McKemzie said it best: this Austrian team is the worst team in the tournament, and not by a small amount. I thought they could maybe take the Swiss team if they played like they did against Russia, but they’ll still be pretty outmatched against the Czechs

You just have to watch Maximilian Theirich #3 play to realise how out of place this team is. I like upsets tho, so i'll be cheering for them anyhow.

Rossi will score a goal in this game
As I posted on your Board, the Rossi-Peeters-Kasper line gelled against Russia. They were creating pressure and quality scoring chances throughout the game, with Marco leading the way.

If that line plays like that again and Wraneschitz is starting, I think they have a chance.

That being said, Malik is really solid for the Czech Republic as well, so it could be a goaltending battle.

I think it'll be a close game. 3-2 Czechs in a nailbiter. Austria needs to take us out in 60 minutes to advance which can be to their disadvantage. Winner gets Canada or Finland... what a shitty reward.lol

Czechs should win this one, but naturally if Austria gets a lead at any point they’ll win by 7 goals
