They are sharp everywhere, passes tape to tape, good defensive structure, good along the boards, when presented they sink all their good opportunities, everyone skates well, good forecheck.
They are the top team so far hands down.

People were sort of down on Hischier as a first overall his first few seasons but he sure has turned into a hell of a player.

Praise, sure. But to talk about them like they're winning the championship is premature. Our media wrote that we're playing the future world champions this evening which was ridiculous. Probably trying to jinx the Swiss.

Swiss taking over... nice period from them. I recall the Slovakia game and how they shut it down in the third. Think that is about to happen again. I don't even think we have a slow or poor skating team (aside from a few guys) and Swiss are skating beautifully around us.
I am not angry we Are playing basically with our eht squad + Kubalík against top Swiss team .
Having Pasta, Krech, Necas, Hertl, Vrana, Hronek And other. They would be completely Lost.

Didn't the Swiss want to play more effortlessly in the preliminary round? So that they are finally fully there in the playoffs?

I could see them winning gold but I could see Germany upsetting them in the QF too! That German team will be a nightmare if they make it.
