Its the guy in the stands, video coach is the goat here with that challengeThat is why jalonen is the
Well he did a great job but I don't like it lolIts the guy in the stands, video coach is the goat here with that challenge
Absolute garbage.Tomasek interfered with the goalie? HE was in the crease when the puck wasn't...
And he cost us a goal with baby toe.lolTomasek is terrible on the PP
I thought it was a good goal but I rather be tiedWell he did a great job but I don't like it lol
The rules? I thought it was obvious Tomasek was in the crease before the puck and had contact with the keeper. That's enough to overrule.Lol wasn't allowed, I guess they knew something in the stands I didn't
Goaltender interference is psychological now, physicality is not neededI know the goalie inteference calls are always tight but hard to see any logic here. When I saw the goal Germany scored in the afternoon and it was a good goal ... what was the difference?
You should have seen the goal that stood in the Slovakia Germany game, where a German player whacked the goalkeeper and bent his stick twice preventing him to move across the crease and that goal stood. The rules? I thought it was obvious Tomasek was in the crease before the puck and had contact with the keeper. That's enough to overrule.
Tomasek had feet in crease...
It does when he has contact with the keeper. That doesn't matter anymore, horrible call.
Video is generaly ruining sports and not just hockey. Its the same in footbal and VAR ... so many goals not allowed for a tiny offside which would change completely nothing .. like attacker was 10cm in offside, had 0 advantage and goal is dissalowed because of thisMaybe a hand-pass if anything?
Video review keeps ruining hockey.
So what if a few off sides or blatant high sticks or whatever are missed per season. The positives do not outweigh the negatives when it comes to this stuff.
Maybe when a cup winning or series deciding overtime goal is taken off the board things might change.
