We need a sad reaction too I think. Someone on HFHabs posted how a relative passed away, and my options were either to "like," "laugh," or use a little girl or Olli Jokinen pic lol.

I agree - either "sad" or "support".

Feels weird when someone says that they were just diagnosed with cancer, and the most appropriate available response is the face with the heart eyes.

I just noticed that there is a bug using the editing tool and I don't know what is causing it specifically - perhaps it is different if a mod tries to edit a post - please see the images below (from this thread:What's Your Most Controversial Hockey Opinion?)

My post as it appears when I posted it originally with formatting as intended:

My post in edit mode:

As you can see, large chunks of text is missing and the formatting has changed in the body of text where bulleting is involved.

EDIT: I've now resorted to re-posting my own original reply in that thread, so the formatting/editing works again and it might not be apparent to admin/moderators what the problem will be on the back end. Sorry if this doesn't help fix the problem in future but at least you're aware?

Over on the Entertainment board, we face this each week, since every celebrity death gets a thread and there's no suitable reaction. A few times, I've "liked" the top post to show that I liked the person who died, but then taken it back when I realized that it could be perceived as liking the death.

I'd vote for replacing angry Olli with a sad emoji. Hardly anyone uses angry Olli (especially when they know that it subtracts from a person's likes) and the turkey girl reaction is usable in most of the same cases. A sad emoji would get a lot more use than angry Olli, I imagine.

Sometimes an old thread is suddenly active again, and I think that's okay sometimes.

May I suggest a label by the thread title indicating that it's old, perhaps a year after thread start?
