The “ignore content” feature is from an add on. For some reason it was breaking new user registration because you never know with tech these days. It had to be removed to fix new user registration. However, a fresh install of the add on was done and should have restored it.

That was the thing that kept me from re-registering for a week? What a CF this all was.

...lol...I've taken long breaks from this place over the years...and I have a tendency to have QUITE A FEW posts removed on a regular basis...but I'm trying to BE BETTER...

I just noticed that the "About Us" section at the bottom now reads "Our community has been around for many years and pride ourselves on offering unbiased, critical discussion among people of all different backgrounds. We are working every day to make sure our community is one of the best." Boring! Please change it back to "This is Out House."

"Let's be reality" works, too, and could even be combined with the previous message (with a few minor changes): "Let's be reality. Our community is old AF and prides itself on offering biased bickering among people of all different white backgrounds. We are working every day to make sure our community has something new to complain about."

IMO long as we remain on XF Cloud we're tempting fate. The site owners are considering going back to self hosting but it won't happen right away.
