I always find his list suspect and unreliable.

Whether Button is just that stupid, or does it just to attract the attention, I'm not sure, but you get attention.

In terms of people who overran and underrank to try to generate buzz (COUGH MCCAGG), he's definitely not the worst.

Helenius at 3 is obviously the big stand out (interesting that a team also has him there), but Catton below Parascak really stands out to me as bizarre

I dunno, when I see him on a roll when he's on Marinaro or the radio, he seems closer to the opposite side of the drug spectrum. He gets passionate and loud about obvious things.

That said, it feels like HFBoards as a whole are ignoring how much uncertainty there is after Celebrini in this draft. Craig's list is out there, but its not that out there.

It’s out there lol. He’s got three guys in the top 5 that the majority of other lists don’t have in the top 10.

2. Solberg is a riser that much - He's a 2nd round pick at most to me.

And he’s not a clout chaser relying on hot takes. He puts Lindstrom #10, but never heard him disparage him to prop up another prospect.

Weird rankings. Silayev stands out as a bad take.

As a Helenius fan, I like seeing him so high. Interesting to see the top 5 being all forwards on this one list.

Whoever Habs end up picking (Iginla/Lindstrom/Helenius/Demidov), I hope they are genuinely excited to be able to land this player instead of having to pick from the leftovers from 1 to 4. We won't really know that for a few years though...

Button’s list is what an individual scouts list may look like.

It’s usually out there but so are some teams drafting, so yeah.

Button always has some crazy placements, it is never accurate vs Bob's list.

Craig's list is his ranking. Bob's is scouts ranking. Even if Craig's ranking is relatively close I don't see alll teams in the top 4 passing on d when defensemen are hard to get.

You're right got to keep comparing it to Button's previous list.

Solberg is just a mystery. There are vids of him and he just doesn't look like first round material at all. Every draft has their load of weird over rates. Just remember Fischer ah.
