True that a Leaf early exit could put a damper on Berube making his way to Ottawa.
Unless of course the early exit in Toronto (which I believe is inevitable) is the final nail in the Shanaplan and the sh** hits the fan in Toronto forcing a bit of a delay in Leaf re-organization.
Going out on a limb perhaps thinking this scenario may come to fruition, but you never know!
