Rossi for McLeod is pretty bad for Min ... McLeod is a nice glue guy .. good defensively and good speed but he isn't a top 6 guy.

I think…it could hurt the wild trying to swap Rossi due to his size.

I think maybe that’s just a baked in thing, fair or unfair.

I think they’ll have to give somebody else the upside potential if they want to de-risk and get a big boy in return. If they want to stay in the same skill regime I think they maybe gotta find another little feller to swap with him.

the Sabres are big.

Between Thompson, cozens, Tuch, power, greenway, dahlin….its a lot of giant dudes.

Maybe one little fast sneaky guy is good? He’s carved up my blues a few times. It doesn’t seem like it’s so bad that he isn’t a big dude when ya think about him joining a team that’s mostly gigantic dudes.

If you see most of the Sabres prospect list and just about everyone outside the few you listed, they tend to the small side at forward. Just saying, yet another small guy in a sea of small guys isn't probably the best path for them. They still need to get bigger, to get players who play up to their size, and guys who play as professionals as though this is their vocation, not novices still finding their way.

Well, I don't doubt it, but I don't see the point in trading Tuch for futures. Especially since our GM has already said that he's only interested in hockey deals.
