It's in 210 countries/territories so I realize it's in different stages of decline/advance in each area... overall though I was hoping for a gradual decline worldwide but that isn't looking likely yet.
I appreciate a discussion companion who makes me more right every comment. If you google healthcare workers pilfering masks there are a large number of hits. You can take your choice.
WHO isn’t mentioned in that article. China’s dictatorial leadership certainly appears to have blood on it’s hands, though.

Are sidewalks closed there? Lots of people out golfing, playing tennis, and going for walks here. (Left coast). Our top doc here has been saying, as long as people keep their distance and keep proper hygiene, she’s not concerned about spreading the virus when out doors.
