Having no left back will do that. Trippier is useless he got beat so easily defending and Switzerland are ignoring him in space because England won't pass him the Ball. I expect Mainoo to be subbed out first in typical Southgate fashion seeing he's been their best midfielder. Kane is doing nothing Saka doing lots of useful work but Kane doesn't even move. Why is your striker standing still when Saka wins in the box he and one of Bellingham or Foden have to be attacking the goal. The Swiss are eating up the pass back to the spot.
Kane is a striker that thinks he’s a midfielder. Not sure why they never play him in a two forward setup with Toney who has a far better nose for the net.

Maybe England will start attacking the ball now that they're down 1-0.

So much standing around & light jogging by them, as they just try to zone defense the ball rather than being physical.

The difference between Canada's game & this game in terms of excitement, passion and intensity is huge.

Jesus Christ Southgate what don't you understand about which personnel are actually doing things out there.
England are fortunate to have depth and unfortunate to have an ultra conservative manager who sucks the joy out of European football.

Most bullshit luck team to play in the Euros since ‘04 Greece
They've got tons of talent and talent makes luck. Two sick goals to keep themselves alive and you can't take that away from them.
Give them an attacking manager and you'd see much better football out of them.
Southgate has hit upon what he believes is his tournament winning formula of boring teams to death but I can't see it paying off in the end.

The previous sick goal shouldn’t have happened. 6 minutes of injury time when there was like 2 mins tops of stoppage during that second half.
