Anyone have any experience in the Social Station during a game? Just got notice that I have two tickets there for tomorrow. Already have game tickets... is the social station worth doing? What is it, really?

Station or did you mean Suite? The Social Suite is a good experience. You get free Suite tickets and food and drinks. They just ask that you tweet during the game.

i enjoy it...i've been up there 3x over last two years...its good to interact with Mixer and Marcus and some of the other digital team members...as well as other fans you sometimes often wouldn't ever meet...and the view of the ice isn't bad...

Parking Around Arena

Hey everyone, I was just wondering where is the best place to park around the arena. Also what type of stuff is there to do near it. Thanks

Crowd was pretty good Tuesday, but still good availability. Being a Friday night I'm hoping its a strong one. That said, can't you still order the rush tix online day of game and pickup at box office?

I think you could before...

They did away with the online Student Rush tickets for this season for some reason. Only in person sales now.

As for tomorrow's attendance, if I had to guess I would say somewhere in the range of 16,500 to 17,500. Should be a strong following from the Leafs fans and as you said, CBJ fans have been showing up so far this season. Maybe we see a sellout, but I think that may be too optimistic.

See my post above about the Arena Crossing garage. There's also an elevator that takes you to just outside the R Bar.

Anyone got an extra single they are trying to move for next Saturday vs Pittsburgh? Only going to be me that night so I'm selling my seats and looking to possibly upgrade. Let me know.

I have 6 tickets for sale for Saturday's game vs. Pens in Sec 201, Row K ... all together.

Tickets are $50 each, PM with interest.

I hope someone in Columbus takes you up on it. Sad to see this crossposted in the Pittsburgh forum. #DefendNWA indeed. The least you could do is charge them a little more.

I'd like to... but I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that HF Boards has a policy against selling tickets over face value or the post be deleted, account banned, etc.

My buddy bought the tickets to go to the game at the beginning of the season (before the box office started charging the ticketb*stard fee), so I'm just trying to get his money back out of them.

If I had the money, I'd take them and go myself. I'd rather have CBJ fans there instead as well, But alas, he paid face for them and that's what he wants.

I'm almost tempted to pay you to put them in a shredder

I'd tell my friend that I'd have no part in selling them to Pens fans, but that's just me. I understand money is money, but sooner or later CBJ fans need to start making better decisions about who they sell their tickets to if they have to sell them. For all the outrage at Pens fans, most of the time it starts with the CBJ fan who 1) didn't buy tickets or 2) decided to sell tickets to them.

Yeah, all true... but if it's me and I have $300 tied up in tickets and something comes up where I can no longer go, I'm going to try my hardest to get my money back.

They're for sale to anyone who wants to buy them.

Not saying you're wrong or you don't have a point, but in all reality we already know that the game Saturday will be a crowd wearing mainly black and gold, what's six more going to do? I understand its a matter of principle, but if I had 300 wrapped up in tix you couldn't use for a game that will be a home game for the opposition, I'm not going to take that loss just to keep a few more pens fans out. It'd be different if CBJ fans were lining up to buy tickets, but tht's just not where we are right now.

In my opinion, the casual fan in this market (with the money for tickets, of course) is just apathetic towards the team. Until we make the playoffs or come darn close like we did last year, the club will continue to struggle filling the arena with CBJ fans, no matter how many nights they do the same stale Family Pack and Jackets Pack promotions. I wish this wasn't the case, but that's just how I see things right now.

The Leafs game was a joke on 2 fronts. I expected to see lots of Leafs fans, and thats actually why I chose to go to the game because they actually tend to wake up the Columbus fans who are asleep unless there's a goal or a fight, but 3/4 of the lower bowl was Leafs fans. For a Friday night game against the Leafs, I saw multiple sections with about 3-4 empty rows....so much so that we took our upper bowl tickets, walked down the stairwell into the club section, and went to the section with the most available seats and sat down without one bother from an usher.

At least we were able to give the servers some business that im sure was sorely lacking for them,we enjoyed the 2nd and 3rd period in I believe CL5 for $30 tickets. I was shocked at the small crowd for what should be a packed house on a Friday night against a top original 6 team
