Fair but Columbus isn’t just giving him awayA 9 million caphit for 2 more years. Laine not really worth much. We will roll the dice on him but not give up much.

Trading for Provorov and Severson was a move to bolster team defense and attempt to contend for a play off spot. Why did they even trade for Provorov in the first place? I don't understand any of the Jackets moves like the horrendous Severson and Gaudreau contracts.
I think the plan was to insulate the kids with some decent veterans to start competing for a playoff spot. Something Buffalo needs to do. It just hasn't worked out for a myriad of reasons. The kids have been their best players. Why did they even trade for Provorov in the first place? I don't understand any of the Jackets moves like the horrendous Severson and Gaudreau contracts.
It isnt forbidden. It is forbidden for a team to re-acquire a player within a year when the other team is retaining (not the gaining team)Not that I am supporting this, but LA is already retaining part of Provorov's deal as part of that three way deal this summer.
Anybody recall a team that is already retaining money on a player trying to acquire him? Is it forbidden?
Idk the fact that he slots in alright as a first liner when he is recovering from a new long term injury every time he plays lolLaine has gotta be one of the most overhyped players of all time
This just in, Columbus has joined a throng of other NHL Franchises in being willing to move players no other team wants.

He’s the captain and the player with most games for the franchiseJenner not want out at all?
Getting into his 30s now and hasn't been in a playoff game for nearly 5 years now.
Absolutely not. His lazy ass makes him one of the more unlikable players in the leagueIdk the fact that he slots in alright as a first liner when he is recovering from a new long term injury every time he plays lol
I think he's a guy you should root for at this point of his career for sure
He’s the captain and the player with most games for the franchise
You don’t trade someone like that easily
It's mindblowing that Guadreau making almost 10 bananas isn't even in the top 3 worst cap hits on that team. Why did they even trade for Provorov in the first place? I don't understand any of the Jackets moves like the horrendous Severson and Gaudreau contracts.
Why not Vancouver ?If you guys decide to move Jenner, please make WPG your first call
Is he really lazy tho ? Like he's just that talented that he can come back from getting hurt what seems like constantly and then preform to a top line level? Maybe he is naturally just amazing but it's impressive imoAbsolutely not. His lazy ass makes him one of the more unlikable players in the league
That's all we going. A 8 million caphit bring quite an asset.Fair but Columbus isn’t just giving him away
Nope.Jackets move Provorov, then trades Jenner
I wouldn't trade him for either. He can't make the top 6 no chance no how. And no fit with his game on bottom 6.Laine back to Winnipeg for iafallo and Stanley.
Nope don’t want him…Laine to the Habs would be great.
We sorely lack scorers.
I'd assume Voronkov is close to untouchable as well? I really like his and Marchenko's game. Probably two guys you'd continue to build around.Nope.
