And if that doesn’t work. You sell the team because you’re incompetent.

The first was passing on Jesse.

The second was drafting Yegor Chinakhov, who many draft analysts hadn't heard of. Chinakhov has 19 pts in his last 23 games, seems to be breaking out as we speak.
