Louis Boudon was on my list for the last 2 years, decent player but probably should have turned pro last season, makes sense that he goes to French speaking Laval ,AHL depth guy with some upside

Is Collin Graf 2023 Draft Eligible? His later 2002 birthday had me thinking no but hoping someone can clarify.

I believe he's eligible for the draft

Not eligible. Has to be under 21 years of age on or before December 31, 2023 to be eligible for the 2023 Entry Draft. Graf will be 21 on September 21 this year.

Not eligible for claim as per CBA:

a Player age 21 or older who: (A) has not been selected in a previous Entry Draft and (B) played hockey for at least one season in North America when he was age 18, 19, or 20 and shall be eligible to enter the League as an Unrestricted Free Agent pursuant to Article 10.1(d); and

Age as defined by the CBA:

As used in this Article, "age 18" means a Player reaching his eighteenth birthday between January 1 next preceding the Entry Draft and September 15 next following the Entry Draft, both dates included; "age 19" means a Player reaching his nineteenth birthday by no later than September 15 in the calendar year of the Entry Draft; "age 20" means a Player reaching his twentieth birthday by no later than December 31 in the calendar year of the Entry Draft; "age 21" means a Player reaching his twenty-first birthday by December 31 in the calendar year of the Entry Draft; and "age 22" means a Player reaching his twenty-second birthday by December 31 in the calendar year of the Entry Draft.

Graf was on my list as a potential free agent target. I wouldn't include him if he was draft eligible :sarcasm::sarcasm:

Is there any possibility of the Bruins landing Livingstone? I have to imagine that Clifton is not going to return due to cap reasons and Boston doesn't have much in the way of NHL ready RHD. Livingstone would like be the 3RD next year and could be one of the black aces this year for the playoffs. Not sure if he'd want a 3RD role though and likely limited to no PP time.
