Don't say anything at all
Starting next season, the top ACC, Big 12 and SEC games each week where the CFB and NFL regular seasons overlap (up through Thanksgiving weekend) need to be flexed to Sunday on ABC so that viewers in markets where the NFL team is doing poorly can watch a better alternative (like in Cleveland).

If any of this made an ounce a sense, I don’t think that is even legal. There are laws against scheduling against each other. Additionally, nobody would watch this and ABC has other obligations.

The only one was yesterday
Not true. It has happened on many Thursdays over the years as well as on Black Friday since 2023. It's also happened on other Saturdays during FBS bowl season over the years. There's even been a few bowl games going up against NFL playoff games.

And there were some Sunday night CFB games during the NFL regular season on ESPN between 2006-2009.

You can only schedule games within so far of other games. Or else the NFL would run every Saturday.
