Ken Niumatalolo ran the triple option at Navy for 20 years. In his 1st year at SJSU, they are throwing it over 300 yards a game.

Quality coaches can coach any system

San Jose St has won 8 straight Mountain West games, they were picked 10th this season and are 2-0 so far. Let's go! Love our yellow kit!

Niumatalolo is one of the best to do it, had no idea he was at SJSU now, slingin it. Those wins against ND were legendary.

Out of the chaos it’s kind of strange LSU didn’t move in the rankings. I thought they’d move up at least a couple of spots into the top 10. Next couple of weeks here could possibly shake up things. Texas-Oklahoma, LSU has Ole Miss and Texas A&M. Oregon has OSU. USC could posssibly beat PSU but not a great match up for them. They really struggle with strong D-lines

Yeah it doesn't really come up because the NCAA tends to be nebulous with personal conduct.

I’ll say this, if shit like this was happening in Columbus there would be a microscope on everything.

It's kinda funny in hidsight. Georgia's old coach was essentially a no nonsense guy who refused to put up with even the slightest personal conduct violation, but couldn't win big games. Kirby Smart has obviously rectified the latter, but seemingly by enabling a bunch of degenerates on his squad to do so. It's like every f***ing week with UGA at this point.

very much a be careful what you wish for type thing in some aspects.

I doubt many UGA fans care about the misconduct as long as they keep getting the W's on Saturdays, hell someone did actually die from the street racing thing and it got about as much press as a cat up a tree

So I guess DJ Uiagalelei‘s career is over?

Saw DJU play against my alma mater as a soph at St John Bosco and thought i was watching a can’t miss prospect. Instead he has to be one of the most disappointing college QB’s in recent memory, probably since Gunner Kiel.

Have to think he gets into someone’s camp next year.

I don’t think so, someone will think they can figure him out. They won’t, of course, but someone will see ‘top ranked QB in his class’ and want a shot at it.

He’d be wise to go the Logan Thomas route. But with how porous QB play is across the league right now you’re sadly right.

He has the option of the UFL too, which for someone like him, may be smart, completely bypass the draft, provided he can get on the field there. If he can’t, well then…

Prob do both tbh. Makes sense to exhaust all the options before moving on to the next chapter.
Well, you can't really just walk onto a CFL field and think you're gonna be on the field, there's very specific nuances. But the UFL schedule would make it extremely difficult to do both. It's really one or the other

no reason a player couldn’t be cut from an nfl team in June, sign as a backup/project qb in the cfl, then end up on a UFL roster the following spring if CFL prospects don’t work out. Not really trying to debate it though
