Colin Fraser clears waivers, assigned to Manchester

The bottom 6 forwards for the second year in a row, suck, except this year Nolan and King stepped up.

Clifford-Fraser-Nolan

And now Fraser is on waivers.

The Kings tried to add Carcillo and Frattin to help. Carcillo was traded and Frattin is often a healthy scratch who is having an awful season.

Stoll, Clifford and Lewis are having off seasons...Again.

Agreed. It's impossible to do an overhaul of the bottom 6 at this point in the season but two guys I would like to see brought in next year would be Vernon Fiddler and Leo Komarov.

Fiddler is a pretty good face off guy and a solid penalty killer.

Komarov (LW) is a good sand paper type of guy who can skate relatively well, play some special teams and is pretty reliable in his own end. He makes for a good **** disturber and was good with the Leafs last season before he went back to the KHL where he is having a pretty solid season this year.


King-Fiddler-Komarov

Could be a nice 3rd line. Ditch Stoll in the offseason to aid in clearing some cap space.


Promote Pearson and/or Vey to play on the fourth line with Nolan and bring in another bottom 6 free agent with some speed and who is defensively responsible to round out the unit.

Keep Frattin and have him work into the bottom 6 when called upon.

I would love to ditch Stoll, but Lombardi loves the guy and I doubt he buys him out or even trades him.

Working on it, lost 30 pounds in the last Six months. Was 200lbs now down too 168lbs.

Cmon, he's not that bad. He's just like Richards except he doesnt hit, falls over easily, cant win face-offs, cant win puck battles and is horrible defensively.

Yup, I remember Gagner getting beaten up by Jack MF Johnson. Richards would of demolished JMFJ. Otherwise they are very similar =)
 
Since this is the FRASER thread and not the trade rumors thread, he'll be in Manch on Wednesday. Play next weekend.
