I get the impression a scorched earth tear down is on the way, I’m guessing Shero lost his job because he didn’t want to disassemble the core that he constructed, which the ownership has no faith in.

Palmieri, Coleman, Vatanen & Simmonds are all likely gone at this point.

This. Coleman does not fit in with the timeline at all and he should have substantial value that will only decline moving forward. It’s a no brainer to trade him.

Agreed...by the time we are ready, Palmeri and Coleman will be on the decline. It is time to maximize their trade value.

Trading them will also help us secure higher draft picks for this and next year. Painful, but we more than likely need another tank year after this one.

This can't be a team of 22-year-olds skating around with no veteran leadership. The guy is 28, not 38. He'd be a solid contributor in a bottom-six role 5 years from now, too.

Yea if they are trading Coleman anywhere they better be hounding Boston to be the team that gets paid to take him.

he’s a player that would be great on a playoff team. IMO with his contract the return should be similar to hall. A first and a good prospect.
