I haven’t seen a single minute of his games, no idea how he’s doing.
Hall also only has 1 point.

I just want to point out the skating speed first and foremost.
Mikko is in the bottom third of speed amongst all NHL players. He drags his fat ass around the ice.
Necas is in the top 2 percentile at 98%.
Speed kills in Bednar’s system.
Also… zone entries.
Mikko at 18% compared to Necas at 94%. That means Mikko lets somebody else drive the play, Necas does it himself like an absolute machine.

Still shell-shocked from the trade and moving to Raleigh, away from the Colorado River....
I dont know what Carolina is planning at the TDL, but i dont see them winning it all with their current team.... And whoever thought that Rants is the one who would get them over the edge should take a long look into the mirror...
Dont get me wrong, Rants is a top-player and winger (one of the best in today´s game), but he is not the "guy".....
We just witness the "Mac-Effect".
If Rants walks into UFA and Carolina not winning the cup, this could end up as one of hardest ass-whooping-trades in recent history.... Imagine Rants missing Denver and Mac so much he signs back with us....
(chances are less than 1 % for this to happen, but anyway)CMAC should be the GM of the year right away....

There’s no way Rantanen stays this cold, but wow the early returns on this trade are promising.
Not to mention that 2nd round pick we got which we are destined to flip at the TDL.
