I was just speculating though, he could very well re-sign in Carolina with his Finnish buddies. Dallas makes a lot of sense too.

I think you misread that. I want ???-Drury-LOC, I want a LW that is smart enough and fast enough to play with these two. Wood is fast, but too dumb. Colton seems like he and Wood just broke up and is miserable.

8 goals in the first 10 games playing top line wing. Let's just say his hand doesn't get hurt in late October - could he have scored 30 this year and made our depth issues look different? Shit luck.

And no, he was shooting at an incredibly high % and was never going to maintain that pace.

Well I know he broke his foot, but I could have sworn he also hurt his hand early on. Maybe that was just a stinger and I conflated the two. I try to not think about this team's injuries much lol
