That is the absolute truth of it.Start playing like the end of last year? You mean when they lost 23 of their final 32 games?
In this thread? The world ends no matter what happens.Interesting to see what this thread will look like in 3 months.
Are we going to see growth, and start playing like how we ended last year?
or
the world ends.
Yeah, it’s so ugly. And the analytics are worse than we could’ve imagined. We weren't losing how we are losing right now, there's a difference. I don't think we're as bad as everyone thinks right now. If anything it's good for this team to face the adversity now, learn from it and grow as the season progresses.
I have to believe that the injuries are a huge issue, having the greenest D Corp ever iced on an NHL team is a huge issue. They are basically looking like an expansion team which in reality should surprise no one. A healthy Habs team is in the mix...In this thread? The world ends no matter what happens.
Why is Marty going to improve in some of the areas he's been criticized for?Interesting to see what this thread will look like in 3 months.

It’s ugly now but it was ugly last year too. They showed some fight but really it was one line that was hot then randomly Armia started playing well with Newhook. We weren't losing how we are losing right now, there's a difference. Just like figlandPretty shitty to always point the finger at Arber of all players. But the veterans and forwards go without any criticism.
Therrien?What's MThead doing these days?
He's auditioning for a new job by shitting on the old team.Therrien?
He's writting opinion pieces on how trash the Habs are playing for TVA Sports: https://www.tvasports.ca/2024/10/23/il-y-a-un-probleme-dattitude-urgent-a-regler-chez-le-canadien
Hey, we ruined the last promising young group by hiring him. Let’s try it again. He's auditioning for a new job by shitting on the old team.
That always works...
No way he comes backHey, we ruined the last promising young group by hiring him. Let’s try it again.
never, not even Molson is this stupid.. right? No way he comes back

I personally think a guy like Therrien is probably what is needed to light some fire under the ass of some of the current Habs players. I get the feeling that MSL is just seen as "too nice".never, not even Molson is this stupid.. right?
But he looks at coaching like he does playing. He was super talented and driven with a great track record of success at all levels. The only thing holding him back was lack of opportunity because of his height.
But those legs though…The things holding him back as a coach are zero experience, zero training, zero desire to be tough, zero understanding of the defensive game.

I wasn't thinking that as a coach. Those players need a verbal kick in the ass from someone somewhere. Doesn't seems to be the current coaches forte.Yeah,
What this team needs is more incoherent ravings from the worst coach this team has ever had.
