It really gets on my nerves when I see a habs fan in the comments section talking trash, noting how Thomas is why the B's won the cup in 2011, how Claude has done nothing in the playoffs......

....and yet, their team still hasn't won the cup in decades. It's like some of these idiots can't rationally speak about a Bruins coach or player in a way that isn't derogatory or negative. They just refuse to do so. It's laughable at best.

Claude's going to be the winningest coach in Bruins history. It's just a question of when exactly it happens. I know it will happen this season sometime, and i'll be glad for him when it does. He deserves that recognition.

I believe he's actually going to also sooner rather than later become the winningest coach in NHL history. He's going to one up Jack Adams. Maybe that award will become the Claude Julien? :naughty:

The Tim Thomas point is funny.

Because up until he won that year, the sentiment from Habs fans was "he's not even a good goalie, totally lucky all the time, he'll never win a Cup".

Then after the Bruins won it, he was the only reason they won the Cup.

If you can just give credit to no one then it didn't happen. I seriously believe that is what Canadiens fans have convinced themselves.

And you two expected something else from the most batpooh crazy fan base & media in all of professional sports? Shine it on, gentlemen! ;-)

There was a pretty cool shot of Julien and Belichick skating around on the ice at Gillette. I thought it was awesome to see the two skating around and shooting the **** with one another.

Superb skater that Belichick is too.... But yeah it was an awesome shot::yo:
Two winners!:handclap:

I don't know if he's the best Bruins coach in my lifetime or not but he he's up there and I certainly wanted his ass fired at least 3 times, It'll probably be true again.

Claude drives me ****ing nuts with his decisions at least a few times a game and sometimes many more than a few but with that said I don't want him fired, didn't think he would be and I hope he's here for a long time.

Arguably the greatest Bruins coach in history. Cherry is loved, but won Jack Adams shiyat here. Art Ross won two, but in a six team league. Tom Johnson and Harry won one each with the best Bruins rosters in history.
Claude turned this franchise around, making the playoffs pretty much every year, making the finals twice and winning it once..... in a 30 team league.
CLOOD.

I have a love-hate relationship with Claude in that I love him some of the time but then I just hate how stupid he can be with his line-up decisions. So many stupid lineup decisions over so many years.

I honestly feel like he would be a better coach if he wasn't allowed to set his own lineup.

hate Claude's pregame speech- he put an excuse in and then said no excuses

bad, bad, bad.....ugh

not surprised they got outskated by Carr, Byron, Desharnais and all

Therrian who I cant stand was very good- not excuses more concerned with strategy

Claude is a good coach. I disagree with some of his decisions, but overall I like him and would love for him to get another Cup here. I hope he gets the wins record as well.

Meanwhile, the Habs have been exposed since Price went down

I personally feel he'd be a better coach if he wasn't allowed to coach :sarcasm:
