I liked his hosting style but it is hard to separate him from some of the later statements in his life.

my parents always watched love connection growing up, so he was always in the background in my living room. also hosted that show "greed" in the early 00s which was a who wants to be a millionaire ripoff but very underrated in my opinion

seems like he lost his mind these last few years, but he was a very versatile game show host

The past few years, not so much as he became a nut job.
