One of him or Carlo needs to go. Neither sticks up for their teammates but at least McAvoy pretends to care in scrums.

I'd move Carlo.

We aren't trading for or drafting another top 5 paid D. It might click at some point. Trading a core player is by far the best option Sinden would never let players get this comfortable.

Charlie should not be running a PP. I also want to see him to step up into his salary- go from very good to great. He's very good right now.

In no way am I suggesting moving him. However his play has been extremely disappointing this season.
He needs to simplify his game. When he tries to do to much he makes glaring mistakes.
Time to mature as a player
