One of him or Carlo needs to go. Neither sticks up for their teammates but at least McAvoy pretends to care in scrums.

I'd move Carlo.

We aren't trading for or drafting another top 5 paid D. It might click at some point. Trading a core player is by far the best option Sinden would never let players get this comfortable.

Charlie should not be running a PP. I also want to see him to step up into his salary- go from very good to great. He's very good right now.

I never thought this would come to this, but you are right, he has taken Halloween to serious, and has been a ghost out there. I don't know how they are going to do it, but they need a shakeup, firing the coach is always there, but a trade that would get everyone's attention, but be even more effective, and a Charlie Mc Avoy could be that attention getter, and maybe some others.
