But how does this relate to 2025?
You don’t find it ironic that a fan of team that won the Stanley Cup because of one of the most goalie dominant performances of all times ends up whining for possibly losing tonight’s game because of goaltending?

Keith's eldest son took after his idol. Lots of talk for a guy who could only play 6 minutes. The trash took itself out tonight. Good riddance.

Reminder that there are still places where you can't hide behind your words.

That was another awesome moment, when Matt Tkachuck couldn’t handle playing physical hockey and had to quit on the team.

Ice up, son. Ice up.

You need to learn something about our geese

You don't chase them. They're assholes who will f*** your shit up if you approach them. Seriously. You don't f*** with them.

Whining= fact? Binnington stonewalled them while USA was dominating play and at that point the writing was on the wall, tonight wasn't going to go USA's way. I even said I've seen this show before. Thomas' play is a good example actually. Not sure what you're on about but ok.

Show me how many posts from that cup run where you mention the that bruins are only alive because of Thomas and how the result should’ve been the opposite of what they were.

Did Canada deserve to win tonight?
Did Boston deserve to win the cup in 2011?

And when did the majority of these tournaments take place?

How is that even remotely relevant?

Irreverent

Yeah, that doesn't mean what you think it means. The US education system strikes again.

Irreverent years like the 1960s, 70s, 80s, and 90s when most people weren't even born yet?

Huh?

You think 'most people' were born in the 2000s? What are you, 12 or something?

That is seriously one of the dumbest attempts at making a point that I have ever seen.

Lol? So yes, you are 12.

And when did the majority of these tournaments take place? Irreverent years like the 1960s, 70s, 80s, and 90s when most people weren't even born yet? Canadian players in the NHL keep dropping every year. Canada simply had a leg up for 90% of hockey history because all the other countries were far behind, of course, they would win the most just like how the USA wins almost every single basketball tournament lol.
These are all relevant because they are the only tournaments IN HISTORY that we have to look at actual best vs best competition. We can see consistent domination from Canada dating back for a long time, to modern day.

1. 1972 Summit Series - Canada win (1)
2. 1976 Canada Cup - Canada win (2)
3. 1981 Canada Cup - USSR win (1)
4. 1984 Canada Cup - Canada win (3)
5. 1987 Canada Cup - Canada win (4)
6. 1991 Canada Cup - Canada win (5)
7. 1996 World Cup - USA win (1)
8. 1998. Olympics - Czech win (1)
9. 2002 Olympics - Canada win (6)
10. 2004 World Cup - Canada win (7)
11. 2006 Olympics - Sweden win (1)
12. 2010 Olympics - Canada win (8)
13. 2014 Olympics - Canada win (9)
14. 2016 World Cup - Canada win (10)
15. 2025 4 Nations Cup - Canada win (11)

No other country has won more than 1. Canada has 11 now.

So Canada 11 and USA 1.
