These are all relevant because they are the only tournaments IN HISTORY that we have to look at actual best vs best competition. We can see consistent domination from Canada dating back for a long time, to modern day.

1. 1972 Summit Series - Canada win (1)
2. 1976 Canada Cup - Canada win (2)
3. 1981 Canada Cup - USSR win (1)
4. 1984 Canada Cup - Canada win (3)
5. 1987 Canada Cup - Canada win (4)
6. 1991 Canada Cup - Canada win (5)
7. 1996 World Cup - USA win (1)
8. 1998. Olympics - Czech win (1)
9. 2002 Olympics - Canada win (6)
10. 2004 World Cup - Canada win (7)
11. 2006 Olympics - Sweden win (1)
12. 2010 Olympics - Canada win (8)
13. 2014 Olympics - Canada win (9)
14. 2016 World Cup - Canada win (10)
15. 2025 4 Nations Cup - Canada win (11)

No other country has won more than 1. Canada has 11 now.

You need to learn something about our geese

You don't chase them. They're assholes who will f*** your shit up if you approach them. Seriously. You don't f*** with them.

The hilarious part of games like this is people nitpicking the game winning goal. Breakdowns happen all the time, but all of a sudden the guys who did it tonight in OT are the worst players of all time.

Saw it with rask and luongo and never liked it.
Did Rask win a best on best? Luongo won 2010.

the US needed Canadian help to get their only win in '96

...well, I'll say it this way; I'm a Disabled Veteran who PROUDLY served my Country, so I'm torn...part of me is not OK with that, but part of me understands...if that makes any sense...

It does make sense, but she simply changed "in all of us command" (itself a very recent change) to "that only us command" in order to make a statement about current events. Personally, I'm fine with that.

I wonder how many of them even realize that the 'TD' in the name is a Canadian bank???
Most Bruins fans do. Canadian companies advertising in America isn't new or unique anyways.
Show me how many posts from that cup run where you mention the that bruins are only alive because of Thomas and how the result should’ve been the opposite of what they were.

Did Canada deserve to win tonight?
Did Boston deserve to win the cup in 2011?
 yeah, ok..I'm not sure how much clearer you want me to say it, or even what your point is? All I said was I've seen it million times before. One team outplaying the other. Other team's goalie stands on their head then they score soon after down the other end. Happens all the time, seen it a million times before. I recognized what was happening as soon as I saw it. Then end. Yet you take it as a slight on Canada for some reason. Insecure? Misinterpretation? I'm done. I detest Binnington of course but he completely got jobbed, he deserved the MVP for Canada.
