Slot also made the mistake of not rotating at the weekend, which Luis Enrique always does in the league, you could see it in overtime + with the injuries.
I don’t think mistake is the word you are looking for. If we would have rotated like that against the 11th placed team in England we would have gotten rocked. And we don’t even have the bodies to do that really anyway. It’s a luxury that PSG was able to do that

The result is tough but it’s also good. This club still needs a lot of work. Gotta figure a few things out. They really haven’t been amazing most of the season. Just consistent. There’s better in them but getting a bit thin. Slot and Hughes need to get the next part right which is to retool and work on some things. I think the attack minus Gakpo have to be figured out. I wouldn’t be opposed to anyone really else going if it came to it. Salah should stay but I won’t be beat up about it. He’s a lot of their goals and it would hurt but long run they need a plan for post Salah

Actually IIRC, Liverpool didn't play right before the first leg. PSG played with their starting lineup.
PSG was rocked hard in Rennes BTW. Still won with late goals.

He survived losing his daughter. And his words when he talks about her are some of the most powerful I've heard.

About the game :
Kang In Lee's entry was absolutely shameful BTW. Should have been Ramos.
Very happy for Enrique, very happy for PSG. Hope they win it.

I don’t know if im pulling for anyone at this point, but PSG is easily the club team in the best current form. On the other hand, if would be kinda funny if Madrid win their 86th CL.

As for any Arsenal comments, I am only responding to one who’s actually in here gloating like they’ve done anything. I would hesitate to see what this PSG side would do to them over 2 legs. Maybe we will see it. I guess they can focus on it since they couldn’t see the top spot in the league without a telescope.
If Arsenal plays PSG, we are utterly wrecking them and burying their corpse in the vineyards around Versailles. It's going to be like Waterloo 2.0, but volcano eruptions all around Luis with 1812 overture being played in the background. Paris is turning into 21st century Pompeii fam.

Would be pretty funny if PSG wins the whole thing after thinking they needed to load up with the big three and now none of them are there

To an extend yes, but that should have been pretty obvious. And make no mistake, this is a loaded up PSG side right now with all the money they spent.

Oh and also lol to some posters saying Luis Enrique sucked (yes, yes you did). What he's building with a team of guys aged 18-24 is worthy of every dream of FM managers around the world.

He definitely doesn’t suck. Not sure why anyone would have said that. Still, he’s not the best manager in the game either.

He may be building a strong team, but PSG have spent a fortune getting those players and he shoud have a strong team with those players.

Time will tell, but it’s not as though he has an impressive string of results this season. For starters they play in L1 and anything less then a comfortable league win there is underachieving. It sounds as though they were impressive in this tie and they definitely look a good side that is getting better, but there’s still a long way to go.
