What is going on with Trinec at the CHL? If they're not interested in participated they should just stay home! Last season was the same thing and we all know they have a good team because they always win the czech league!

They are in strong group. Top EIHL teams are not walkovers, few seasons ago Nottingham won their group against SC Bern and TPS Turku.

New coach as well, they might to take time to get into gear in Extraliga as well. But yeah, they are in the toughest group, somebody had to lose there.

Sparta must have really been dicks about it if they got a forfeit on the game that decides the PO spot.

Then again, Jukurit shouldn't be too mad, they just advanced without having to do anything.

And it's not like they have any fans (or thus ticket income) anyway.
They get automatic promotion and they still pretend to have their lost income compensated:

"Mielestäni tässä pitää mennä niin, että Sparta tai CHL korvaa tämän pelin peruutuksen myötä tulevat taloudelliset tappiot Jukureille."

Don't really see how can you claim they got hurt here somehow. Unless you were serious since judging from their attendance it truly doesn't look like they have any fans :sarcasm:

I thought it's quite interesting, with 1 round remaining only 1 out of 16 PO places is up for grabs.

Shockingly, all 5 Swedish teams have already ensured advancement to the next stage, unlike any other country. I'm shocked I tell ya, shocked.

Got 8/16 right, 50%. Meaning you were as accurate as a completely randomly generated list would have been. Nice insight.

Stavanger being pretty impressive. Leading 2-1 against Ilves in a must-win game for both teams. Even if they lose, the only 4th seed that managed to make the group truly competitive all-around.

Norwegian league on the rise, I guess.
