Not sure what this has to do with the NESN app but have you considered calling their customer service department and ask them?

Yes they say it’s cancelled and final bill is coming which it never does. Today they told me it will come October 10.

I added it and cancelled directv 2 weeks ago but I guess I’ll do the reverse rn if need be.

Cable companies, PS vue, NESN 360, you name it. They’re overpriced, f***ing suck, and the corporate model is to do f*** all to fix it while they sit their and stimulate their own nipples ala that scene in South Park with the cable companies.

I've been using NESN360 for the past couple of seasons. It's a garbage product, but I don't watch enough live TV to justify spending $50+ more per month on Fubo or DirecTV. Against my better judgement, I go to sign up so I can watch tonight's game and what do you know, I get a "Sorry, an error occurred" message. No matter what I do, it won't take my credit card information. I swear to god, the Bruins cutting ties with that turd of a human being Tom Werner would almost be as satisfying as watching them win another Cup. Almost.
