Not sure what this has to do with the NESN app but have you considered calling their customer service department and ask them?

Yes they say it’s cancelled and final bill is coming which it never does. Today they told me it will come October 10.

Oh thank God! You really had me on the edge of my seat there for awhile.

Meanwhile I am still trying to figure out how any of this has to do with the NESN 360 app.
