Watching from the outside, I can’t disagree with that. He’s putting on a bit of a master class for other sit in their hand GMs to watch and learn from.

From what I have seen, the Elks really want to change things around finally. No more over-paying for some superstar receiver or filling a position that's already filled. I really hope this year we are competitive.
