1Dp, 1 Tam, everyone else is equal :o

I'm expecting the Islandic guy to be coming in still, probably a Tam too. He's injured but the first months are relatively easy on the schedule until May

This thread has become a cesspool for the frustrated and is not a representation of the majority of the fan base. This team made the playoffs last year against all odds. They sold out most of the season. Made significant positive investments (players and coaching staff) in the offseason and yet the sky is falling.

Every move, every development only has one response. It's Joey's fault. This minority faction of the fan base will only be happy when Saputo sells the team and then they will be the first to cry that the franchise has moved.
Looks like we found Joey's burner account

Now now folks, @Habnot does have a point that the default mood about everything tends to be negative around here. I've certainly been guilty of it too! I know we've had plenty of reasons to be pessimistic about the management in the past, but we do have to judge the moves on their own merits as well. It's not ALL bad, not always at the very least.

Agreed. Plenty of negative consistent trends in this club. ie, nepotism, drama, management churn… but this is more par for the course in football than hockey.

We got two double digit (proven mls) strikers and a veteran swiss army knife CM. The backline is always hard to predict but we kept our best ones at least. Edwards should be replaced, but we’ve have way worse offseasons, and still have a young core that should get better.

I get not having faith though… we’ve been burned too many times. I wouldn’t be surprised if we’re a playoff club again this season though

The team's performance depends highly on the youngsters performing at/above their potential. If they do, we win and sell them :dunno:

Looks like Neymar is going to Chicago and this winter at that. I'm considering buying season tickets atp.

Then, you'll have Shillnot highfiving his bosses at the Saputo HQ in their next public relations meeting.

When you resort to name calling you have lost the thread....
