I'd like to see it, too. Those were the teams I grew up with and you always most fondly remember the players you watched in kidhood.

Game 5 in the Forum felt like winning the Stanley Cup.

Just finished watching it...so very cool. I was in 8th grade in '88...they were my hockey heroes. Loved seeing all of them, especially Stump, Shoe, Nevin, Jay and LB. (Of course I love Cam, Ray, Nifty, etc..but we get to see them more.) Good memories....Tough to see LB hobbling, though.

The Bruins have struck the right chord with this 100th and no major controversy. The coffee table book has been well received. Honoring the 1988 team that eliminated Montreal was absolutly the right thing to do as for many older fans that was as good as winning a Cup.

Montreal milked their 100th for 3 years (2006/2009) and the Bruins tribute happened in 2006.



Canada even issued a one dollar coin to honor the team
