I concur with @DarkKnight that for some unknown reason I have confidence. There isn’t a more pessimistic citizen of Leaf Nation than me, but I woke up this morning thinking this is the Leafs to win.

That back fired a bit last game in my opinion. They tried to take advantage of their early domination double shifting that top line but they had no gas for the third period.

Agreed. Also, I've stated a few times that line can be leaned on. You put a body on them, they're not nearly as productive. None of the three are big, and the biggest one (Bergeron) isn't healthy. Pastrnak is much different when he gets hit, and we saw Bradley's reaction when things don't go his way.

One advantage they do have is that crazy old coot singer can really fire up the crowd.
It's like night and day the start of the 1st vs the start of the 2nd.

The second half of the first period, its evident. Its almost as if the crowd runs out of gas.

They're essentially double shifting the Bergeron line at this point. Probably trying to put them up against the Matthews\Bozak lines.

I hope we can continue to use the quick change matchup against Bergeron line.

They usually stay out there for a longer shift. Think it's important to have the Pleckanec and Kadri line out for half shifts and tire them out with our ability to roll out all lines
