Not if they end up getting Robertson or Larkin. That cap space is very valuable.
Goals are goals.Completely different players and Chinakov was clearly dogging it this season before being traded.
Buffalo's a big drinking city...just wait till the GMs get a few drinks in them. The things are happening again!
Probably. But reminds me of the Clarkson to Leafs deal. Getting a really good 3rd liner and hoping it solves some problems. Nich was on a deep team.seems like a steal for CBJ, no?
Thing is, before this year Nuke was a top line talent. If he rebounds, man will CBJ make out like bandits.Probably. But reminds me of the Clarkson to Leafs deal. Getting a really good 3rd liner and hoping it solves some problems. Nich was on a deep team.
I hope so. I like the Jackets and hope Werenski stays. I have nothing against Nuke, he can play top 6 and probably will, but I don't expect Avs numbers. The worst is he's another Boone Jenner.Thing is, before this year Nuke was a top line talent. If he rebounds, man will CBJ make out like bandits.
This is the understatement of the century. You could tell an HFBoards Avs fan they just won 200 million dollars and they'd say they don't want it because they have to pay some taxes on it.Our fans can be a little melodramatic![]()

I hope Columbus gets the best version of Nichushkin. At the height of his powers he was a monster, running over defenders with one of the best forechecking efforts I’ve ever seen. That player unfortunately has not appeared much in recent memory.
Even CMac said nahWhy he was not traded to Nashville?
He wanted too much money. We wanted to keep him.I’ll admit, I was surprised to see Colorado move Drury. He was more than satisfactory in the role he had and I thought was actually a nice valuable depth piece.
Seems like a bad idea. Sending a guy with a substance abuse history to Ohio doesn't seem like a recipe for success. Hope im just being negative.
