Was a massive error by Ruff announcing Tage passed all tests and everything was fine. I think he was doing damage control saying Hey Tage isn't really that hurt so its not that big of deal about the response. In doing so it probably played a part in how the NHL looked at this and deciding not to suspend Noesen.


Cozens can shut up because he had plenty of time to respond to the hit out there.
