Ruff did say that he might give them the day off in his post-game presser, that he hadn't decided yet. Beyond that, no.

I don't think I've done a quicker 180 on a player. I felt for him due to all the injuries, but last game left a sour taste in my mouth.

Werenski being out is a massive loss, he's been great. Fabbro's also been a nice addition as his partner, very steadying by being Werenski's cover. Gee, who'd have thought he could do that?

Was a massive error by Ruff announcing Tage passed all tests and everything was fine. I think he was doing damage control saying Hey Tage isn't really that hurt so its not that big of deal about the response. In doing so it probably played a part in how the NHL looked at this and deciding not to suspend Noesen.
Cozens can shut up because he had plenty of time to respond to the hit out there.
