It's the HF rules. If a guy hasn't played a certain number of games (65 I think) or established himself as a regular then he is considered a prospect. Read here for complete explanation.

Only the third poll and already people are *****ing - adding a second 'add' option, harping on HF's criteria for determining a prospect, insinuating their own agendas on a collective process.

How these polls work is how these polls work. We're on HF, so we use their criteria for coming up with who's eligible. After that, everyone prioritizes the various criteria in whatever manner they see fit. That's the beauty.

If you're dissatisfied, it's not like getting a blog is a difficult thing.
