What are the proper terms you'd like used so that we can suit your needs?

my friend, nobody uses those terms in real life.

if you’re talking about the assault try “the alleged assault” or if you want to be one of the diplomats (NOT juelz/‘ron/etc) maybe the “incident in question”.

if you are talking about your own engagements or proclivities, “group sex” is much more palatable and doesn’t imply that you’re sitting in a barcalounger-cum-urinal actively batin.

can we please stop saying gangbang in this thread and holy shit i can’t believe i’ve read the word train used like that here.

this is not craigslist missed encounters and none of you are rappers.

seriously, hard to prosthelytize about the seriousness of the matter and the need to believe an alleged victim and then turn around and describe an alleged assault using cheeky porno terms

Per the logic here, it is a blow to society that you would judge him in any way. He was found not guilty in a court, you know. If you don't presume he is an innocent and safe angel then you're horrible.
I took probability theory, I don't gamble b/c the odds are with the house, and I don't assume OJ and a knife is a safe proposition.

There is a universe where he's an innocent and a safe angel who wouldn't harm a fly (he was a RB, not a LB), but I'm not sure I'm living in that universe. I think a civil jury found him guilty based on a preponderance of evidence standard, so I'm figure we're somewhere between 51-95% probability that he did it.

It’s absolutely batshit crazy to me that people on the internet have opinions about a case that has been thoroughly reported on for years. If anyone even has a thought about this case until 2026, Lady Justice will come for you like Michael Myers.
Don't joke, my sisters 40 yrs ago have me still convinced that f***er is after me still

Nope. The tournament is pretty much dies without Hockey Canada's support. Plus the tournament is in NA the next 3 years including twice in Canada.
That was my thoughts as well, just wasn't sure if there was something they could do about the potential hush money rumor

As mentioned upthread...hopefully Hartless isn't Assailant number 1.

Looks like maybe teams need to start introducing criminal profiling techniques when interviewing potential draftees..

The ironic thing is that goalies tend to have odd loner/neurotic personalties as is. Balfour was a known headcase and Hasek was another odd bird. Cechmanek sadly had a personality disorder and he did harm on himself ultimately...

Oh...and let's not forget Bryzaster....grand larcenist

Now Boosh......clearly Boosh is a pathological liar!

So let's just say all parties are found guilty for the sake of this question, is it more likely that the players will be suspended, or terminated from the nhl?
