Honestly dont know how that wasnt too many men
The changing guy's feet were in the air before Svech touched the puck. It was a ridiculous split second moment, but it did appear to not be too many men. Svech playing before his feet hit the ice could have been a penalty though, but the not playing the puck from the bench unsportsmanlike was not intended for that situation. By the book, maybe, but in the situation, the guy's coming on when the other player has left, and that's good enough for government work.

Yeah, but Cole seemed to slow down to make the hit after he already saw the puck go by, so despite the short period of time, Cole made the decision to hit after seeing the puck leave. Legit call in my book.
I figured the trailing leg for the trip not arguing the illegality of the act :)
