I don't want to overrate Williams importance but we also lost Faulk, De Haan and Martinook - some of the biggest leaders in the room. No one stepped it outside Hamilton. Aho has been meh. Our D has beek joke. Gardiner while OK doesn't bring much on the offense so far. Just terrible season. You can't lose from Senators, Devils and Rangers and expect to win against Habs, Pens and Islanders in March as a visiting team.

Faulk I get, they weren't going to pay him what he wanted and thats okay, Faulk paid his dues here. Marty not being here sucks but the injury bug hits everyone at some point.

CDH should still be here IMO, he did a lot of the little things well. I'm not that impressed with Gardiner aside from the Washington game.
