The value is good but...No that doesn't work for Edmonton. We have Klefbom, Nurse, Sekera, Russell all as LD we need RD, it would have to be Faulk.

I would think if you had the chance to acquire somebody like a Hanifin you'd have no problem making room for him. Likewise, the Canes have a pretty solid group of centers but if they were to get somebody like Draisaitl they'd figure out a way to make it work.

I would think the Hurricanes would sooner move Faulk than Hanifin.

I'd add a mid round pick and b prospect in whatever area you need prospect wise.

I'm a huge RNH fan. Huge. Favourite Oiler besides McDavid. But Faulk is one of the few (realistic, elite players don't count) guys I'd trade him for.

I'd also do Draisaitl for Faulk.

I don't necessarily agree with the OP but I do think these teams make the best trading partners. Wouldn't be surprised to see something happen in the summer.
