But seriously, what is it this team does well? What advantage do we have over others? We are less skilled, quick, and physical, than 99% of the teams we face. We have questionable leadership and inconsistent goal tending. We are good at FOs and PK and that's about it.
Rutherford has made some good moves over the last 2 seasons but it's just not enough. Teams that were better than us have talent enough to retool and teams that were worse get franchise players in the draft.
The mediocre teams continue to tread water making minor moves that do improve the team but not enough to break into the playoffs but good enough to keep them from drafting franchise players.

Toboggan is a wooden sled where I'm from (Canada). When i arrived here for college, I was fascinated by the term.

How can Tlusty be so terrible with his hands this season? He's had three chances from about 3 feet out and either fanned or missed the net on all of them.

I only know the toboggan so well because we have one in the basement back in CT. It's old school like George Washington old school.
Took it out for a spin when I was like ten. Went $ss over tea kettle on that thing, stuck it back in the basement and went back to my black rubber donut a smarter man.

Depends on which part. NE Ohio the sleds are toboggans. I think the history of that region is connected to Connecticut there, so that might explain it.
