I mean I would argue we don't have any alpha goal scorers. We have a lot of playmakers who can set a play up, but we don't really have a single guy who can consistently create his own shot or finish a play that someone else sets up. Too many passers, not enough shooters. Lots of good passers that will set up a lot of tap ins, but when the ice shrinks in the playoffs, you need scorers, and.... Where are ours?

The PP and the PK were unsustainably good as was the goaltending. Those things came back to earth and so did the record.

Our goaltending and defense, which he considered the big problems, have been fine. Maybe not as stellar as before, but very good, and far, far better than his predictions.

Our offense, which Dom thought was very good even if not as good as the early season production, has been the ENTIRE problem. So he also got that one wrong. At the end of the day we're losing, but for the exact opposite of the reasons he predicted. Which still makes him wrong.

Well, Nino's offense is okay!
