Slavin with 11 minutes of penalty killing and Pesce with 9...Jesus. It worked brilliantly, but they'll need to ice up and maybe skate a tad less on Saturday.

Good luck the rest of the way though guys other than our last game lol. Seabass has been one of my favorite players since he was drafted. At the very minimum if you guys play the Leafs, beat them lol. You guys got a really good team and the love lost between the fan bases is getting really fun. I hope you guys win the cup honestly if it’s not for us.
Under Brindy we've just designated an A on the scorecard without giving them a letter on the jersey, but that's been Teravainen, who isn't an option right now. I agree with you on Trocheck- it's pretty obvious he's already a big leader- every game it's him and Slavin bumping fists with everybody as they come off the ice, and he apparently runs the locker room music, which is a job that requires real diplomatic skill in any locker room.If martinook can't go Saturday who wears his A? Would it be insane to suggest trocheck?
Hopefully and hopefully not lol. We can’t seem to figure you guys out.See you in the playoffs, yeah?
OK now that the adrenaline has worn off a bit how many more performances like we saw from Ned tonight before we realize he is our real 1A goalie?
The only that would have made that better is if they surged on their ice, with the refs to see
Save that for the final game. The only that would have made that better is if they surged on their ice, with the refs to see
I'm at the point where I'm legitimately wondering if he's the goalie who takes us to the promised land throughout our contention window. For me it was like 7 games ago but I broke a long-standing policy of not making strong, serious predictions on hockey things at the beginning of this season to say Ned was legit like 3 games into the season so I'm ready to pull the trigger.
Sometimes guys are just a better fit at the higher levels. Can't say you see it too often with goalies but it is what it is. A guy like Ned that's so reliant on his ability to move the puck, it kinda makes sense why he's having better fortune at the NHL level where he can move the puck to guys like Pesce, Hamilton, and Slavin, rather than guys like Robertson, Carrick, and Renouf.Seems we have an emerging Tim Thomas type situation where the match between a goalie and a defensive scheme creates results that are, shall we say, somewhat above expectations.
They drank a lot of piss, probably from the heaviest drug users in the county. That game was intense! Refs must be pissed.
