Yeah, my son watches VERY little hockey and he even commented on how telegraphed Strome's attempt was!Yeah well we suck at shootouts. Strome’s was egregiously bad.

To reiterate, they were missing their two best players.Welp … got a point in a tough game
This loss is on Chuckie. Stop giving him charity starts and go with LT.
Caps had a good record when our best goal scorer was out for 16 games! To reiterate, they were missing their two best players.
You’re playing one of the best teams in the league, you play your best. Charlie could play against the Rangers on Saturday.I’m OK with the rotation because we all know Chucky isn’t starting in the playoffs unless LT gets hurt. Gotta keep both goalies fresh.
Also, goalies are streaky. Chucky could be playing like ass now and be lights out in April.
You could do 2:1 ratio, where LT starts every 2 to Lindgren's 1.I get the desire to go to Thompson more frequently but I think the groove he's in is worth some oopsies from Lindgren.
It's clear Thompson is the #1. Down the stretch and in the playoffs he's the guy. But easing his workload so he's performing well now and fresh later seems like the winning ticket. Lindgren needs to just stop making silly mistakes.
Even Minnys beat writer was surprised the Caps struggled against the Wild tonight given who they were missing.Caps had a good record when our best goal scorer was out for 16 games!
She also sounds like she smokes a couple of packs a day.Not crazy about this fanduel pitchlady with the fake lips, very distracting. The body dysmorphia in this new generation is off the charts

Sure. I’m talking about tonight and Saturday. You can adjust the rotation based upon the upcoming schedule. What happens when you play several good teams or several bad teams in a row? The way they have it is fine, Caps are 1st in the East.
Twabby, did my eyes deceive me?What happens when you play several good teams or several bad teams in a row? The way they have it is fine, Caps are 1st in the East.
I didn’t think the Caps struggled at all, they had the better of the play in regulation and OT.
I have to disagree with it strongly. Your playoff goalie could end up playing a full 7 games in a series. Regular season is there for the go to starter to play a good streak of consecutive starts. I would like to see what LT can do in the regular season with 5 straight starts(for example). He has by far the best win% per starts of any goalie in the league. LT has the hot hand right now and they should run with it.I’m OK with the rotation because we all know Chucky isn’t starting in the playoffs unless LT gets hurt. Gotta keep both goalies fresh.

I now move to 0-3-2 on the season when I see them live, and my dad goes to 0-3-3. It was sweet of Charlie to do a Fleury impression in honor of Fleury’s last (regulation) game in DC, but I wish he’d just sent him flowers or something.
I'm still waiting on PP time for Protas. In Carbery we trust but separating Ovie/Strome and Protas is a headscratcher.
